01 · Offer
A considered website. A clear scope.
We begin with websites for Miami real estate agents. You understand the need and guide the sale; Nextation coordinates payment, building and delivery.
Initial offer under evaluation · USD. Final terms are set by the accepted customer proposal and seller agreement. Do not promise income or business results.
- Personalized design and content within the approved scope.
- The mobile experience, contact flow and SEO foundations specified in the proposal.
- Reasonable refinements to the agreed website during the first 7 days after launch, then maintenance under the plan.
- Redesigns, additional languages, integrations and new features need a confirmed scope and quote.
02 · Activation
Applying and activating are separate steps.
- Application: expresses interest; it does not confirm acceptance or activate an account.
- Activation: complete the requirements and product introduction. Confirm your agreement and authorization before representing yourself as a Nextation seller.
- First opportunity: review the assignment, public source and next action. A brokerage profile does not prove they lack a personal website.
- Research: record the URL, date and observed need. Confirm what they want to improve, their provider and who decides.
You can study this guide and practice with a fictional brand while completing activation. No number of demos guarantees a sale.
03 · Concept
Show an honest design direction.
A concept starts a discussion about design and content. It is not the agent’s official website, a brokerage endorsement or a production-ready site.
- Use verified details and authorized material; use a fictional brand for practice.
- Review names, copy and labels. Keep the unofficial concept label visible.
- Only share a reviewed, accessible preview. Do not promise a permanent link, automatic publication or immediate delivery.
- The launch date is confirmed after reviewing scope, materials and delivery capacity.
04 · Scripts
Ask, listen and agree on the next step.
These scripts are starting points to test and improve, not proven conversion formulas. Replace placeholders and keep only verified facts.
05 · Objections
Understand the concern first.
06 · Commission
Clear numbers from the start.
The initial hypothesis is $500 for an eligible sale of the $1,000 setup, with verified customer payment and confirmed attribution. The base $99 monthly revenue goes to Nextation.
One or three eligible sales.
Arithmetic examples, not earnings estimates. They do not guarantee sales, eligibility or payout timing. Schedule, payment method, adjustments and other conditions follow the seller agreement.
When the client wants to proceed
- Record the client, scope, responsible seller and agreed next step.
- Nextation confirms the proposal, timeline and official payment instructions. Do not collect money in personal accounts or improvise checkout links.
- A verbal yes is not a verified payment or an approved commission.
- After payment, the client provides materials; the website is reviewed, approved and launched.
07 · Next step
Leave a concrete next step.
Complete and copy this record for your follow-up notes. This form does not send messages or save data.
08 · Trust
Promise only what we can deliver.
- Respect a no and contact preferences. Avoid indiscriminate mass messaging.
- Describe your actual relationship and agreement with Nextation accurately.
- Do not promise earnings, leads, SEO results or features outside the scope.
- Do not register, publish or record on a client’s behalf without the appropriate permission.
- If you need an answer: “Let me confirm that before making a commitment.”
